Baptism is an important step of obedience and an outward expression of an inward decision that shows others we personally trusted Jesus for our salvation. 

Please fill out the form below to register yourself or your child to be baptized! If you are registering for your child to be baptized, enter your name, email address, and phone number. Please list the child’s name in the “Individual being Baptized” section. If you are a teen filling out the form for yourself to be baptized, you can list your personal information. Once you submit the form, one of our pastors on staff will follow up with you to get more information and schedule your baptism. 

Baptism is an excellent opportunity to invite your friends and family to church with you so they can witness you take this incredible step on your journey with Jesus! We are so proud of you for making this decision and praying for you as you take this next step!
